Control & Transparency
Our clients experience a process with full transparency and control. They receive updates as often as they determine works for them so that they can monitor the search process. They also receive access to the full file including every resume viewed or screened and all interviewed candidates with notes. The search file is available for the client to keep for their records or future searches they may embark on. There is no cap on the amount of qualified candidates our clients can receive on a given search. We work to ensure a 100% match between client and candidate.
Communication
We know what it's like to "wonder where things are at". It's not a great feeling to have, then when you call your service provider you receive their voicemail or can't get an answer right away. We set out communication with our clients at the outset of each search so that they are never wondering about progress. Moreover, when our clients are asked in a meeting for the "status" they always have the answer because we have already communicated to them a real-time update.

Predictable Costs
Recruiting is a budget commitment, it shouldn't be unpredictable. We are comfortable working on contingency arrangements at all levels and are comfortable with flat-rate searches. Bottom line: we only want our clients to pay for their service once they are absolutely satisfied & be a predictable line item on their P&L. We also have the longest candidate guarantees in the industry so that our clients know they can accurately predict their recruitment budget.
